Got some good news so I’ll make it quick…
The Fretboard Formula course started shipping earlier this week and they are literally leaving out in ‘truck’ loads. 🙂 I was told the expression on the couriers faces was priceless! LOL.
We’re shipping via UPS (and USPS for the folks who needed delivery to PO Boxes of if you specifically asked for USPS.)
And I know you guys are excited to get your hands on it, and trust me everything is now going smoothly. We’re just asking for a little more patience. Boxes are on their way to you in droves.
The small hiccup that delayed us a few days was the MOUNTAIN of admin work to do just to get so many orders out the door…
We’re talking about manually correcting: incorrect shipping addresses, processing offline orders, hand verifying and removing duplicate orders where some folks placed more than one order in the rush to get a spot, contacting folks who accidentally selected US shipping even though they are shipping overseas, and on top of that answering a zillion emails 🙂
Yup, I still haven’t gotten any down time since the launch last Wednesday, but that’s OK… I’m still buzzed and my team has been great!
Anyhow long story short, stuff is going good now.
Just so you know we’re not having USPS or UPS send individual tracking numbers as this would mean revealing your email address to a 3rd party and we’re not into doing that, but just be assured that yo boy is doing EVERYTHING HE CAN to get everyone of you sorted ASAP.
Most of you know me so you know you don’t have anything to sweat about. I got ya covered 😉

Yeah folks, we’re hearing of some folks who already got their packages so we’re rolling now… 🙂 If you don’t have yet, hold on a bit… Not even I anticipated how much stuff would have to be done AFTER the launch just to neatly organize the shipping of so many packages.

The doorbell rang about an hour ago and by the time I got there UPS was pulling out of the driveway and my package was by the door. That really was fast. I might be crazy but I am going to finish the first course before I jump into this one. I think that I have plenty on my “plate” right now.

Came home from work and on the doorstep was a package from you. After letting the dog in I went up to my bedroom\office\musicroom and opened the box. Seeing the letter on the top of the shrink wrapped pkg I made myself read it 1st (being a man I rarely read the instructions, but in this case I decided to) then I put in the 1st DVD.
MAN! xxxxxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxx xxx xxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxx [edited] already have turned on a light in my head! Your teaching style works for me!
I KNOW my bass playing is going to improve quickly and I can’t wait for practice at church tomorrow!

Well, those drivers at UPS must have taken a break from their usual hard working selves as I haven’t seen my package. Thats okay, tho. I know it is only a matter of mere days and I will be able to benefit from all of the hard work that you put into this package. When I think of all the hard work you did (fixing what wasn’t really broken just to ensure that we all understood what you were teaching and that it was duplicatable) just putting this together, well, all I can say is: For those of you that have your packages, I’m jealous! For those of you reading this that haven’t gotten theirs, I encourage you to be patient. Alex isn’t about the “Make it, send it, collect the money” scenario. Hes is all about the finished product. And thats you and me!
Keep up the great work and I’ll go down to the distribution centre tomorrow and ask those little guys in the brown suits to walk faster today.

The parcel has flown across the pond and arrived in the UK!! Thank You!! :¬) There is a huge amount of material and I am just reading the quick start guide.
I am putting away all my other bass related material for 60 days and giving this material my total attention…. See you on the otherside… ;¬)

I got my material 3 days ago and like you said im just working my way through it to over view the course and its brilliant!!! simply by going through each consecutive module i can see where my stregnths and weaknesses are. I can see the interconnection of the modules and what the bigger picture looks like. I cant wait to start the course proper. and have already decides that an initial plan is 6 weeks per module for me so I can ease into it and see what my optimum time frame is for learning and practice. That will probably change as i go through because some modules will be more difficult for me to grasp than others but at least i have a plan and a goal. Alex you are the best man i already feel a more confident basist and I aint started the course yet. Thats the effect you have on people… pure genius.

The shipping was quick I received everything sooner as I anticipated although living in europe.Looking at what I paid I am still shocked with the volume and quality of information as well as the material itself. I hope this man does not work for a NPO.
To the bass players I say if you are serious about playing that instrument and go pass the “wannabe ” stage you MUST have this!
It is like nothing you’ve used before and it will dramatically change your relationship with the bass in shorter than you would imagine. Of course no effort no rewaard! So now you know! You now have the tool to learn the vocabulary some of your favorite bass players use to say the things that you like on the bass…
