Awesome playing. About the only thing we have in common at the moment is we both sport “livestrong” bands.
That said BGS secrets has made a fantastic difference to my playing so roll on Fretboard Formula……

Hi Alex,
There’s a saying that I have tried to live my life on; The journey of a 1000 miles always beginnings with the first footstep.. When it comes to ideas, they grew and develop, as is the Fretboard Formula idea, there is another saying that I use, All good things come to them that are patient.. Take as long as you need to develop that idea. Maybe release it in stages would help.
And talking of ideas, I dig the cords on bass, and I was wondering if you know of anybody who uses cords on bass. I was thinking of getting one of those pedals that sustain notes and trying that and play regular bass notes over the top.. Have you ever heard anybody do that before..? Not recorded, but live..

Hey Brother..Take your time and get it right,, You have already improved my bass playing 3 fold with your lessons and I have been playin for decades,,, Alot of your lessons are common sense and very well planned out,,,
