ACCESSING DIGITAL PURCHASES

If you purchased a product that is to be delivered via instant DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, please go check the email address you used during the order for download details...

Our system automatically sends the download info you need to the exact email address you used, within 90 seconds of your order being processed.

It is important to know however that SPAM filters sometimes get between US and YOU when we try to send you emails.

But don't fret... There are 3 things you can do to ensure
you get the downloads ASAP.

	When you check your email be sure to look through your JUNK/SPAM folder as well, if you don't see the download email in your main Inbox.
	Be sure to add "Support@BassGuitarTips.com" to your address book. That practically ensures the download email gets to you.
	If you don't see an email with download info within the next 10 minutes simply contact us here and we'll re-send it for ya.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY OF
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Shipping takes place on normal working days... That's Monday - Friday, Weekends and US public holidays not included.

While we attempt to ship any order received before 2:00 pm EST on that very same day, we do kindly ask that you allow up to 48 working hours for your product to ship out from our warehouse.

Once the product is shipped the delivery times *after that* are estimated as follows;

Most parts of the continental US should take: 3 - 5 working days...
The UK and neighboring territories: 7 - 10 working days and
Eastern Europe and Australia 7 - 14 working days.

Within the next 72 working hours you should be receiving an email with your tracking number to the email address you provided on the order form. If you don't see it be sure to look in your SPAM/JUNK folders for this email, as sometimes it can accidentally get filtered there.

IMPORTANT!! - This email with your tracking number will automatically be sent by USPS (not directly from us). So be on the look out for that.
